August 15 saw the first working day of packaging I division relocating to Block E of the Guangming’s headquarters. The decision of moving back to the headquarters was based on that we expected to facilitate greater production efficiency through better utilizing the Company’s resource and reducing the operating costs. After rounds of discussion on selecting the location and developing relevant relocation-related issues, the plan was finally finalized.

The renovation of factories was the very first thing. We had to complete the entire renovation work in just two to three months. It would not have been done without the full cooperation and arrangement by our colleagues of the construction department. It was followed by the preparation works before the relocation of the factory, in which every department started packing up. Besides, the factory was required to well prepare for the arrangement of the transportation of large machines. As such, the entire packing I division started to be and hustle. With large and small card boards and various kinds of stuff, the whole relocation process was well-ordered, despite the hectic environment. We have to especially mention our colleagues who were the first to tidy up all the things, in particular it was under very hot weather. Their performance was really respectful. Each group members from packaging I division was extraordinary, who made the entire relocation proceeded smoothly.
