24 March 2016In the afternoon of 24 March, the visiting group, consisting of Mr. Li Pui Leung, the chairman of the board, Mr. Yung Kin Cheung, Michael, the chief executive officer, Mr. Cheung Fong Wa, the executive director, and relevant personnel from the Company’s administrative and human resources divisions, went on a visit and an exchange to the [Boton Group]. Mr. Wang Ming Fan, the president of the [Boton Group], offered his warm hospitality to the TK Holdings’ visiting group and led them to visit the research and development building of Boton, with an emphasis on the showrooms of three major products, namely “tobacco flavors, food flavors and fine fragrances”. As Mr. Wang Ming Fan introduced, the research and development building in the Boton Science and Technology Park was a high-end corporate building, which integrated high technology, intelligence, environmental protection and energy conservation and environmental arts. It commenced operation in late 2015. After the visit, all parties attended a meeting to exchange views. Mr. Wang Ming Fan and Mr. Li Pui Leung talked about the development and business scope of their respective companies and their developments won recognition from each other. They were looking forward to more opportunities of exchange and learning in the future.
