The annual staff representative meeting of TK Holdings took place at conference room, 1st Floor, TKA Building Science park  at the morning on Friday, July 29.

There were 135 representatives attended the annual staff representative meeting, of which 46 were representatives from TK Mold (SZ) Limited while 89 were representatives from TK Precision Plastics (SZ) Limited.

The meeting took place at 10:00 a.m., and two issues were discussed, namely the approval of new amendments of the Company’s systems, and the collection of the staff’s opinions and advice. During the meeting, the staff made a series of good opinions and advice on the reform and development of the Company. The in-charge of our Human Resources and Administration Department answered the queries from the staff, and their relevant opinions and recommendations were documented.

A total of 27 systems, including “Recruitment and Appointment System” “Performance Appraisal System” , “Termination Management System”, “Attendance Management System”, “Remuneration and Benefits Management System“ and “Fault and Poor Work Performance Handling System” , were considered and approved during the meeting.
